FLOW is the mobility and recovery program at Anywhere Fitness in Bradley, Illinois offering yoga, Pilates, and barre classes designed to help your body move well and feel its best.
Through intentional movement and thoughtful sequencing, FLOW improves mobility, restores balance, and reduces aches and pains so you can move confidently through workouts, daily life, and everything in between. These sessions build body awareness, increase range of motion, and create space to slow down and reconnect with your body through movement.

A mixed-level mat Pilates class blending classical and contemporary Pilates approaches to meet you where you are.
Classes focus on precision, breath, and creating length through the musculature. Sequences are layered with options for lower or higher resistance, range of motion, and control of movement. Light weights, resistance bands, and other props may be incorporated to support the workout.

A slower-paced class designed to help your body recover, move more freely, and improve range of motion.
This class blends multiple modalities including Yin Yoga, somatic movement, mobility exercises, and fascia release. Sessions may focus on the full body or target specific muscle groups, with sequences designed to create easeful movement and restore balance in the body.

A low-impact blend of yoga and Pilates focused on strength, control, and total-body toning.

A high-energy, ballet-inspired barre class, for all levels, focused on building core strength and toning the midline.

An upbeat, tempo-based barre class inspired by traditional ballet barre exercises for a full-body workout.
Expect a wide range of arm, leg, and glute exercises using light weights, resistance bands, and other props. Classes are sequenced to meet each individual where they are, with modifications available as needed. Hands-on adjustments may be offered to support alignment, always with permission.
